LOL here's hoping that you are not being sarcastic!

So basically there is no weight gain pill, produced by reputable drugs company?
*
lol, do you know how to gain weight? it is calories surplus.

so to gain weight, you need alot calories. ( surplus of your daily need)

so what basically a weight gain power or pill do? they add alot calories inside which mainly are carb/ sugar.

yes they just put alot sugar and make it a pill.
then they will print out label that you need to take how many tab daily to gain weight. then advertise with background of nicely athlete body model. claimed that is the 1st ever pill product in the world that can gain weight. And many will jump to the trap.

got the point? get your nutrition knowledge right in 1st place then you will discover the secret of reputable drugs companies do and earn.

Lift weights and eat at least 4 meals a day.  Each meal must be packed with protein and calories (of course preferrably healthy as well) not just empty meals like mihun goreng or fish ball noodle soup.  Very simplified conclusion.

Im 174cm tall and my weight is 75kg.. Some say my height and weight is normal is but my physical appearance look thin.. Should i work out with just normal eating habit(thrice a day) or i need to eat more?
*
I think 75 kg is pretty fine for 174 cm isn't it? Maybe you want to build up some muscle on the arms and shoulders to look bigger.

Meal quantity and timing is not important. Its the quantity of the calorie consume that matters.

Eating six meals a day will help you gaining the required weight.
Plus jogging in the morning will maintain the balance.
All the best for Work Out.

the faster way that i know and proven, eat 6 times per day, and make sure you eat rice 1 and half hour before you exercise. Do the deadlift, squat, bench press, pull-up and bent-over row. I gurantee your weight will shoot up in 1 month time or else you do it in the inappropriate way.

Any suggestions as to what to eat?
No use eating junk food and gaining plenty of cholesterol!

Hi guys, I am working as programmer and I am quite lazy choosing foods to eat.
Especially for gaining weight specifically targeting at consuming calories, protein etc..

I bought a Hard Mass Gainer, it said to drink 4 mix scoops at once or 2 x 2 scoops daily.
Can I drink it at morning when I wake up and before the time I sleep?

Will it have lesser effect or anything else? Thanks

Doesn't matter as long as you hit your daily macros requirement.

But just an advice, don't take those mass gainer. Make your own protein shake. Ice cube, frozen banana, whole milk, protein powder, oatmeal, peanut butter. Add everything into blender and drink it. Amount of each ingredient depends on yourself. If you add more peanut butter, 1 cup around 500ml can easily give you 1000kcal which is same as mass gainer but with much better ingredient. And it is super delicious.

Seems like need to shop for a lot of ingredients. I am quite lazy for that.. And I stay in a rented house, does not have blender. Because my time is not fixed, usually I write program at midnight because it gave me comfort and silence zone.
But can you tell me why I shouldn't take mass gainer? I just like it because of my laziness to mix whole milk, oatmeal, banana etc..

My height is 173cm, 3 years back I was once reach 89kg, and now i maintain a perfect BMI 67 kg. The only thing I remember is balanced 4 meals: breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner. To slim down, I have to choosy and fussy on what to eat, zero carbohydrate, no fat. I suggest to you consume more rice and meat, never skip a meal.

I'm 163cm and had never gone more than 40kg in my life. It is always 38kg-40kg. Yes, I am underweight but I get more positive comments than negative ones. I eat a lot but just didn't gain weight somehow.

But recently, I've been eating lots of potatoes (fry with Olive Oil) dip with scs butter daily. For example, I can finish 1 csc butter in 1 week. And I've been eating potatoes daily, and at most, I'll skip two days of not consuming potatoes and have been constantly eating potatoes for about 10 months straight! Somehow I got addicted to eating potatoes I just don't know why other than felt it taste so good--then realized that I was at 47kg.

About a month ago, I stopped consuming potatoes and the csc butter and now I am at 44kg!

Been trying to gain weight.

Now am including two cans of carbonated drinks
(1 in the afternoon, 1 at night),
and beginning to see results.

However, am not sure if this is the way to go to gaining weight,
and yet remaining healhty.

Any thoughts?
