no harm being against it or not using it, but a little reading may just add on to some useful knowledge..
current stats: almost 3 weeks on the bulking program, i notice my bodyweight increasing rapidly, i feel good all along the day, much more active than usual. drinking water every 5-10 mins(except 20mins before and after a meal). i can see a slight addition to my waist but then, nothing worth having comes easy! I should be starting my workout by today. will adjust my diet according to the workout timings.
