if you dont like coconut oil and avocados, i'd suggest you use the rest on the list.

no harm being against it or not using it, but a little reading may just add on to some useful knowledge..

current stats: almost 3 weeks on the bulking program, i notice my bodyweight increasing rapidly, i feel good all along the day, much more active than usual. drinking water every 5-10 mins(except 20mins before and after a meal). i can see a slight addition to my waist but then, nothing worth having comes easy! I should be starting my workout by today. will adjust my diet according to the workout timings.

When you mention tuna, does that include those canned tuna.. ermm.. ayam brand type??? the tuna spread.. to be eaten with bread..

I'm about 180cm with just 62kg's.. sad.gif

yeah...maybe not....but my diet completely diff from b4 man.....
b4 this only 2 meals per day.......
my muscle is shaping though.....
i can see my soulder, lats is growing....but where the hell the weight is gone?

I was 186cm and 65kg for few years since 19 til 21yrs old.usually i would do some 10 push up and 10 sit up at home almost everyday cause im playing basketball.i sustain that height and weight for that much years and now im 22y.o.
then on mid 2006,i start to pump up my exercise,+1 for p.u. and +1 for s.u everyday and maintain 50 / 50 till oct.just within 3 months,i gained 5kg and my body look just the same as before.hhaahhahaha.then i stopped exercising already cause feel very lazy but get to sustain 70kg till now..
i know im doing things in wrong way,i didnt work out and build my body properly..but it worked tongue.gif
kindly advice.i want 80kg although im within BMI's good range now(around 20).

Eat the whole can at one go! And the tuna in water version is better as there is less fat compared to those with mayo, chillies, etc...

always compare your diet and calorie intake iwth bodybuilders. dont compare with your peers. then u'll know u r actually eating very little.

yea.. skinny guys usually think they eat alot, but they don't.

I dont think they try to even eat every 3 hours. Theres a good article on T-nation, someone could cut and paste u the url tongue.gif

Here's the break down of what i eat in a day :

Morning before work: Cereals and 2 slices of bread with peanut butter and a glass of milk.
Breakfast during work: Nasi lemak with everything and 2 roti kosong whatever roti that come to mind and milo ais

Lunch : Erm, depends. Maybe a four course meal or 5 consists of fish, pork, chicken, seafood and vege

Tea: Whatever that is nice.Mee goreng or maggi and such.

Before dinner: Slices of pizza or cake with coffee.

Dinner : Meat, meat, meat , vege , rice... it's different everyday.

supper : Your usual nasi goreng or maggi goreng ; mamak food.

Like i said, i can eat and eat and eat, i still don't gain any good or bad weight.

edit: there's always meat in my meal, either chicken or beef. and also i love taking a lot of red meat.

my bro was very thin n tall like a bamboo when he was in f1,f2
den he started to have 2 pack of instant sustacal milk powder every morning b4 schoool + weight lifting=now he is muscular
