I can eat and eat and eat but i never grow fat. It's the genes i think.

Let's not compare me with the pros ok?
Here's the break down of what i eat in a day :

Morning before work: Cereals and 2 slices of bread with peanut butter and a glass of milk.
Breakfast during work: Nasi lemak with everything and 2 roti kosong whatever roti that come to mind and milo ais

Lunch : Erm, depends. Maybe a four course meal or 5 consists of fish, pork, chicken, seafood and vege

Tea: Whatever that is nice.Mee goreng or maggi and such.

Before dinner: Slices of pizza or cake with coffee.

Dinner : Meat, meat, meat , vege , rice... it's different everyday.

supper : Your usual nasi goreng or maggi goreng ; mamak food.

Like i said, i can eat and eat and eat, i still don't gain any good or bad weight.

edit: there's always meat in my meal, either chicken or beef. and also i love taking a lot of red meat.
