I'm a guy. 20 years old. I'm 172cm and 50kg. I eat a lot. I play serious badminton occasionally. When I say a lot, it means non stop eating in big portions. Yet I'm still skinny!!! T.T Any advice?

QUOTE(alien9 @ Feb 18 2013, 11:06 AM) How lot is a lot? Can you tell me? Is 3 packs of Maggi Asam Laksa for late night supper is a lot to you? Nope, I would eat my daily meals on time in large portions. To give an example, I could kill 3 Big Macs set for lunch and then continue eating junk food immediately after the meal. Best part of all, I ain't even close to average weight...

QUOTE(DT1 @ Feb 18 2013, 11:21 PM) For a quick & easy trial protocol you could try this out: http://www.charlespoliquin.com/Blog/tabid/...g-plateaus.aspxFor a longer read and a good primer on the subject you could start here: http://tnation.t-nation.com/free_online_fo...youre_not_doingI would do things slightly differently though, by drawing upon these ideas. If you're interested I could roughly formulate a protocol here and post it up. *Do not substitute for professional medical advice. By the way............. Such a condition is not common. We'd definitely like to see a one-week food log. Track all that you eat, including the portions, and estimated calories. Aim for at least 2700 calories. Use http://nutritiondata.self.com for food calories list. Weigh yourself before and after the one week test period. If what you say is true, you're one rare specimen. Thanks!
