I'd like to share with some of you guys my own experience here..
I think it's important for anyone who wishes to gain weight to know how to gain proper weight from proper meal planning and exercise..I used to be very underweight and skinny (163cm, 50kg - my case was mainly genetic).. then a year ago i began eating like having 5 meals a day, kept consuming food of high calories, without doing much exercise. Over the course of a year I did gain 10 kgs but what i gained is mainly FAT...which is not right...I also end up having a huge belly, which would now be hard to get rid off.
My conclusion is that , if you wish to gain weight, please do it the right way (which I'm still not too sure just how yet).
Anyone could share about experience with Appleton Weight Gain pls?
