guys ..
i m underweight .. my bmi is only like 15 something ..
i m 183 cm and 53 kg .. i didn't know how it happened but it just happened ..
ok .. i play sports .. basketball , badminton and football .. i jog too ..
if i drink milk every morning , and night .. take protein supplements
and eat rice every afternoon .. will it help me gain some weight ?
and what do i need to add ?? cause my college is gonna start in one month time . i dun have time to consistently follow up ..

your food. quality and quantity. if u workout on cardio too often of course u'll be skinny. eat more carbs and protein. plan out your daily diet nicely. your quantity and quality of food is important.

and u dont have to post the same problem in 2 threads lol

no it wont. it will increase your fats. thus making u fat and making u weak, and floppy.. which is unhealthy and sucks.. u wana increase size. carry weights. pump iron. eat right.

whey proteins better or some suplements eg.Nitrogen Oxide explode...?

simple do eat alot of fast food like hotdog, burger, roti john and etc. do it evryday. to avoid u lose weight when u do movement like running and so eat chicken eveyday. no village chicken allow.

ull gain weight 2 times your weight now in short period!

My height=172cm
My weight=51kg (never change for 7 years)
My age=27

I already finished 3kg of Horley brand weight gain last month...but useless...

I eat lots of rice and steamed potato (my favourite)
Maybe my genetic is like that... difficult to get fat... I think i should start some muscle bulding....but it will be weird body look like bruce lee...

Need advice...

easy...eat a mountain of rice and sleep right after meal...see how advance your stomach goes...straight into the future...

i know...i do it all day. now even sit ups cannot make my tummy shrink.

but i think i want balance, eat + sleep +sit ups....boleh ka mcm tu? tongue.gif

They mean good weight, not bad weight. That is possibly the sorst advice you can give someone.
