This thing about underweight is haunting for me like 2 years. Just a thing that has been going inside my mind recently , i drink coffee/nescafe regularly like 2-3 times / day . Does this affect my potential to gain weight? Im weighing around 50kg atm with the height of 163cm / . Eat constantly 5-6 times a day ( heavy meal ) . But still , my weight only increase 1kg in the past 6 months. Cant afford those supplement thing. Metabolism is high. What can i do? My younger brother is heavier than me. LOL ! Thank you.
