So early this year my weight drops to just 51kg,and me,being a typical Malaysian, blames my high metabolism to being the cause of me losing(and unable) to increase my weight.

So one day, I say screw it and started going to the gym. Believe me, the shyness will go away fairly quickly. You will be fairly surprised at friendly all those gym members are. They are all very helpful especially those with arms the size of their head. You will gain new friend, and increase in self confidence, and surely but maybe slowly, your body weight will increase.

I'm now 61kg and overtime those who blame their high metabolism will get over it. Just watch those who are 80kg and above eat and you will quickly realize how little you eat.

So eat more and start going to the gym. smile.gif

I eat about 1.5 kg of meat per weak,about 250gm per day. I don't eat it with rice you see, I cut the meat into 7 slices (1 for each day of the week) and I use it to cook steak everyday, with mash potato and all, very simple, and I use chili sauce as my steak sauce to save money. Its a very rich source of protein if you look at the nutritional count.

I also used to drink about 2 litres of full cream milk everyday. Nowadays I drink ON Serious Mass twice a day. Don't worry if your stomach looks a bit bloated at first. People won't notice it!

And don't forget to start going to the gym! You will make many new friends there.

i dont have plan to eat..main bantai je...tp akan makan nasi tengahari dan malam makan roti 3 keping...pagi kadang pukul 8 nasi lemak...

breakfast is compulsory..dont eat nasi lemak
add two more slot for eating..not mkn nasi..like bread or something simple

sebab tu i mintak semua guide apa patut makan...sebab nak naikkan berat badan selama ni main bantai...maybe my weight tak naik-naik...

i'm no expert..but this is my meal plan..
so far i see good improvement..

breakfast - 3half boiled egg + 5 spoon oatmeal + 1 glass milk
morning - 3 slices bread with peanut butter
afternoon - lunch as always with extra meat
evening - 3 slice bread with peanut butter + protein shakes
dinner - as always
supper - 2slices bread with cheese + 1glass milk

*if u workout, drink protein shakes 30min before & after
*morning and evening can be varies..
*require high level of discipline - need to follow this at least 3months b4 u will see slight improvement
*drink a lot of water - at least 3 liter a day

right now i used whey protein from "Optimum Nutrition"
double rich flavor choc
but i'm no expert in supplement.. hmm.gif better ask the right person
