You get plenty of eyes to seeing you do any exercise. I think better for us to work out in the house or doing any basketball ,swimming as well . Also force ourself to eat more more more . After that we can go gym and show them our "Result" .LOL. Sometimes just feel so desperate lar. My friend all see me so thin so like to "BULLY" me. You know what i mean . Grrr!! I must gain weight!!!!

Hey Desvaro, I'm a thin person, and with my 55kg weight, I'm scared of going to the gym. I mean come on, my arms, legs and shoulders are tiny. People would laugh at me. Well, maybe not but you can't deny that as a psychological factor that keeps most of us thin person from going to the gym.
So do you know of any form of exercise that can be done at home?? Pull up bars? Anything??
So early this year my weight drops to just 51kg,and me,being a typical Malaysian, blames my high metabolism to being the cause of me losing(and unable) to increase my weight.
So one day, I say screw it and started going to the gym. Believe me, the shyness will go away fairly quickly. You will be fairly surprised at friendly all those gym members are. They are all very helpful especially those with arms the size of their head. You will gain new friend, and increase in self confidence, and surely but maybe slowly, your body weight will increase.
I'm now 61kg and overtime those who blame their high metabolism will get over it. Just watch those who are 80kg and above eat and you will quickly realize how little you eat.
So eat more and start going to the gym.
