haha uncomfortable at first,but for heavy plain water drinkers,they didnt go to toilet too often .

Once i drink a lot of water then i think i can't take any meal cause is kinda full feeling ..

that is why u need to plan ur meal accordingly
dont drink half hour b4 ur meal..
drink more when u sweat a lot..
plus..u actually need to force urself when its time to eat

Icic .. Mostly i sit in the office and the air cond was freezing cold, so that's why seldom drink water, sometimes can't finish 1liter of water ..


Added on June 23, 2011, 7:11 pmjust now 4;30pm just finish a bowl of Oatmeal ..
Now the tummy empty already .. that's fast ..

Sometimes for those who same thin like me, like us. Shy to go to gym. Cause when we go into the gym. All the people's was like "WOW" ,so thin =.=. You get plenty of eyes to seeing you do any exercise. I think better for us to work out in the house or doing any basketball ,swimming as well . Also force ourself to eat more more more . After that we can go gym and show them our "Result" .LOL. Sometimes just feel so desperate lar. My friend all see me so thin so like to "BULLY" me. You know what i mean . Grrr!! I must gain weight!!!!

that's true..some of my skinny friends are shy when i invite them to go to gym
doing push-up, chin-up, and exercise using dumbell at home probably a better way until some muscle are showing

halo everyone~ i am new here~ i know how to gain weight and change our body inch just with a simple way~ but unfortunately i duno how to put picture here~ so if anyone interested the way of gain weight can pm me~ i share the way and show u the picture^^


Added on June 30, 2011, 1:30 pmdear all~ just now i read some posts at here, i realise there are some error common sense that we have~

1st at all, it is not that we eat much den we can gain weight~ did u all realise that some ppl cannot gain weight even he or she eat alot? that is because our villi is broken~ so that it cannot absorb what we eat~ so tat u will realise that after we eat a lot den we will got the feel wish to go toilet soon.

2nd , actually if we can gain weight, we cannot eat supper~ it is because it will destroy our villi, damage its ability to absorb nutrition.

3rd, just some extra information, we as a human, will gain 1 kg if we able to accumulate 7700 calories in our body. However, if we just eat food that contain a lot of calories den we will only gain body fat, but not muscle~ so that it is essential that we eat "right" food.

Hope it can help u all~ happy gaining weight~ ( i am gaining weight also) ^^

I want to gain weight, Im just around 43kg's.. and Im 15..

BTW I only eat limited number of food, most of them are fast foods (KFC, McD, Burgers, Fish & chips, etc etc (western food) ) and i am allergic to anything else...

so how do I do it?

u can eat meat on mcD burger but cant eat meat anywhere else?
