i need help too.
I'm 183cm but 64kg. thats not good.
-I eat large quantities every meal
-More than 3 meals a day ( meals as in proper meals)
-Exercise alot. I swim competitively. so i have to train everyday. I jog everyday an have been sprinting in competitions. I even play squash and tennis every week.
-I try by best to bulk up by hitting the gym and taking whey protein.
but despite all these, im underweight. help?
am i doing too much cardio?
