hello guys need some advise for my plan

So this is the situation for me:
My body weight : 58kg, 174cm, My 1st goal is to gained muscle mass and get rid some belly fat on my waist area since i am skinny also so later on can build my 6pk body^^But I had problem with my routine. At here I am also a marathon runner. Currently I just starting doing workout with my arm, biceps, triceps cause very week to do push up activity. This my rountine:
Monday: workout
Tuesday: running
Wednesday: Workout
Thursday: Running
Friday:Workout
Saturday: Running
Sunday: Running
* Recently just buy optimum 100% whey protein, so i decided to consume on post workout. This is my meal plan Usually
Breakfast: Wholewheat Bread Gradenia x3, 3/4 tbs instant oat + fernleaf powder, and sometimes with half boiled edd x2
Mid morning: wholewheat biscuit x 1pack/ no consume
Lunch: Economy Mixed rice/Noodles
Evening: can I take whey protein before workout
post workout: whey protien
Dinner: Noodles/Nan Bread/Tuna sandwich/I try not to consume rice at night

I do not take sandwich at midd morning. But if I want to take whey protein is it ok?

I find some info say that the optimum whey 100% use at post workout & before sleep...So thay y not sure want take or not at midd morning, before workout?
