Don't buy 100 shares lar..or other small amount, you will lose 1-2 years of dividend in broker fees..

Not worth it.

Save enough money then only buy 1 shot. tongue.gif

KLCC 100 shares? That's only RM700 doh.gif

At least buy in value of around RM1.5K-2K lar...anything below RM1.5K not worth it lar doh.gif

No need buy every month...u can buy every 3 months, or 6 months...put in savings dulu...

Midvalley raise rental appox 10% for 2015 for most of its tenant..

so more revenue shooting in to igbreit .??

Got kaki there ma in mid valley..

some.putih putih makan lor.. some argue till face off and shut door..

u see a lot of those tenant moving out one, jao know already lor..

and they not raise the kuci miao tenant, raise big one.. lol..

Almost 10% raise.. maybe to cushion the rising cost la..revenue up, cost up.. dividend same ??
No idea, but i expect q2 to be stronger.. q1 might be weaker due to moving out fluctuation.

I think igbreit will show stronger revenue.. cuz cinema level reno done, and more space to rent, more shops as well..

Maybe shud buy some boring reits to ζ‰ŽδΈ€ζ‰Ž
