On behalf of the Board, HLIB is pleased to announce that following the book-building exercise, the Board had, on 17 March 2015 (“Price-Fixing Date”), fixed the issue price of the Placement Units at RM1.20 per Unit, representing a discount of approximately 1.86% or RM0.0227 to the 5-day VWAMP of the Units up to and including 13 March 2015, being the last trading immediately prior to the Price-Fixing Date, of RM1.2227.

STOCK B RM3

Stock A = 3000/1 = 3000 unit

Stock B = 3000/3 = 1000 unit

Stock A = 3000 X (1 X 0.05%) = 150

Stock B = 1000 x ( 3x 0.05%) = 150

Is just the unit different, your return still the same.

If you want to diversify your portfolio with 3k, than just buy lesser unit, the price doesn't affect much as your return consider same %.

In your example for stock B, shouldn't it 1000 X 5%? = RM50? blush.gif

In fact Eco-city is majority office building and residential. The commercial unit of eco city will directly link to Mid Valley with a covered walkway. rclxms.gif

With current stock price level, I would like to have lot of FD. tongue.gif

Over the last 2 years,
Put in FD, earn 7~8%
Put in Gold, loss 20~30%...
Put in O&G stock, loss 30~40%.

FD win... laugh.gif despite many said FD is suck in inflation, while gold famously being labelled as inflation hedge... whistling.gif
