On behalf of the Board, HLIB is pleased to announce that following the book-building exercise, the Board had, on 17 March 2015 (“Price-Fixing Date”), fixed the issue price of the Placement Units at RM1.20 per Unit, representing a discount of approximately 1.86% or RM0.0227 to the 5-day VWAMP of the Units up to and including 13 March 2015, being the last trading immediately prior to the Price-Fixing Date, of RM1.2227.
