Midvalley raise rental appox 10% for 2015 for most of its tenant..

so more revenue shooting in to igbreit .??

Got kaki there ma in mid valley..

some.putih putih makan lor.. some argue till face off and shut door..

u see a lot of those tenant moving out one, jao know already lor..

and they not raise the kuci miao tenant, raise big one.. lol..

Almost 10% raise.. maybe to cushion the rising cost la..revenue up, cost up.. dividend same ??
No idea, but i expect q2 to be stronger.. q1 might be weaker due to moving out fluctuation.

I think igbreit will show stronger revenue.. cuz cinema level reno done, and more space to rent, more shops as well..

Maybe shud buy some boring reits to ζ‰ŽδΈ€ζ‰Ž

LG floor, rm 25 to 30.. but kfc mcdonald only 10 or 15 psf .

G floor also 20 to 25
Then 3rd floor around 15 psf.

Some shop will have profit sharing basis..

Looks like the opr is not going to have changes.. but the bnm leave it to the bank to decide their own profit by having their lending rate and profit rate adding up to become effective rate.

So if the bank want to make lots of profit, just mark up the profit rate lor..
Then use a higher fD rate to finance the borrowing..
