i also started small($500 3 stocks,the brokerage was eating away the profits 1st few months)

Don't understand.. by buying... so many REITs it is not diversification .. it's diWORSEsification leh...

Just keep 1-2 good REITs will do leh... more or less same exposure as holding 8 REITs.. yawn.gif

IMHO, buy 1 that u think is the best from different sectors will do

Hence my pick of
ALAQAR - healthcare
IGBREIT - 100% retail
KLCC - retail + offices
UOAREIT - offices

Eh, industrial aku dah takda after dump Axis hmm.gif

Nvm, I got exposure to industrial (logistics) thru Century tongue.gif

1 Got 2 REIT now.. thinking of consolidate into 1 REIT... laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif

I am going to consolidate into the MORE defensive REIT... one that no need to worry about tenant vacancy.. no matter how bad the economy is... wink.gif

Of course I got banking,telco and oil and gas and also mnc in my portfolio haha.that is diHEdgification haha.when I have free time I screenshot my latest portfolio Haha

See Axreit, Qcap up how much since from IPO
compared to YTLreit and other... whistling.gif

With many countries slashing rate and Europe QE, reit yield may be supportive for its price. So no harm to play patient game.
