Hey guys, a question about REITs. Does the share price automatically adjusts after they distribute their income (dividend) like a normal share?

REITs = Shares.

What is PP price?

Issue new shares via private placement @ 1.20/share

Private Placement is RM1.20... that means selected "big" investor can buy QCAPITA shares at RM1.20 each.

Are u sure u are not giving wrong info ? PP price is 1.28 ?

Oic good for u then since the price now is lower then yr exit price. But what im talking about is the price for Private Placement. Wheres the source of the info came from ? Or simply rumors ?
