Hi all Dai Lous... need some clarification here. I have made the booking last Friday (14/4) and on 19th, I received a SMS regarding my panel lawyer details. Since the time I booking, I confirmed with the SA that I have more than a month to settle my loan to entitled the discount. This time I reconfirmed with this SA and guess what: she say I need to sign the SNP by end of this month to entitled the 1% early bird discount. I am in the midst of preparing my document for loan this week. It's like just a week from my booking date. The problem here is why this SA telling different thing with the SA the time I sign for the booking? Plus she say I can sign the SNP first eventhough my loan haven't approved. Besides, end of this month we are not around to sign for the agreement. Can they do that? I am so confused..

Speak to sales manager about ur encounter & get confirmation from him. Request for time extension if necessary which I bliv they will accommodate if reasonable.

Talk to Chris directly and request for extension. Presumably no problem if you able to give a valid reason. I think SPS just wants to ensure they can seal the deal as soon as possible for the units that are booked.

So far the SEH-Lekas link connecting road only stop at this point, still no sign shall be connected to Jalan Semenyih directly.

Few things I realised:

1) Pokok-pokok are more than rumah-rumah tongue.gif

2) South Creek looks tempting!

3) That commercial area could be named as "Ecohill Walk 2" smile.gif

4) Can't see the slopes leading towards Bukit Tempurung?

5) Looking forward to the Lekas-Ecohill Link to Jalan Semenyih, and the 2-tier roundabout....

It shall depends on the rate that is determined by RA (as EH 2 still not launching any strata title property yet). I suppose should not be more than RM 100 per month..

Fees count by per sft basis or per unit basis? Strata titled prop now i thnk count by per unit basis

**Need assistance**

Looking for ready to move in landed house (completion before mid 2018 still consider OK) in EcoHill 1/2. Any recommendations? My family is selling our house to put in d/p so that loan less. That's why have to get ready to move in VP-ed unit. hmm.gif

Have been to SEH a few times and really loving the place, hope can get advice from all the sifu here. notworthy.gif

Bravas 623 & 648 b4 less, 5%+1%introducer discount
Cyprus 688 onwards b4 less, 5%+1% introducer discount
1 more % for early bird

Both delayed the launching, i guess the price will increase when they relaunch
