Anicus (20x65), always can see it starts from RM532k at the front page of Ecohill 2.

No doubt DPC is expensive but for own stay or long term investment, it is still very attractive.

Don't get me wrong, Semenyih with EW and SPS has alot of good properties but since you already have an apartment there, maybe it is best to survey other areas to have a good comparison.

Diversify, look around for good deals and explore areas you never dream of going.
