Thank you.
By the way, they told me they cover all the MOT, Lega. fees. Is disbursement and stamp duty they cover too?

Just checked, no need to pay single cent for documebtation fee, as long as loan is from the panel banks

Yes, i have also booked an unit foe SEH2. The same that they mentioned will sign SnP in month end.

I have intro one of my friend to purchase and now i cant enjoy his referral fees  mad.gif

By the way, do u know have any ideas in future after the development is completed, who will manage the parks / landscape as we dont need to pay any maintenance fees like we had for condos to maintain the landscape and etc here in SEH.

Although MPKJ is ultimately responsible for maintaining the public parks & landscape, rest assure that SPS shall 'chip in' to ensure everything is done nicely when they r still developing the township. However, when the whole township is fully developed, we shall see how good is MPKJ by then. whistling.gif

Malaysia’s central bank unexpectedly lowered its benchmark overnight policy rate by 25bps to 3 percent on July 13th 2016, bringing borrowing cost to a 2-year low. Policymakers said that uncertainties in the global environment could weigh on Malaysia’s growth prospects and lowered inflation forecasts for 2016. The ceiling and floor rates of the corridor for the overnight policy rate were also cut to 3.25 percent and 2.75 percent respectively.

The setting of base rate is driven by the respective banks policy and it is the respective banks discretion to decide on the adjustment but it shall follow their policy. Given that the OPR is the key benchmark rate, the benchmark cost of fund used by the banks in the base rate formulation is very likely would be affected as well. So, in brief the base rate shall be reduced accordingly though it may not be immediate.

Eh, how come? Normally SPs shall give a document about the booking, dictating the "terms and conditions" of the booking, you don't have this?
