Yes, agree with you. I also surprised that SEH2 offers free MOT as well. Many developers say they offer high rebate for dp, but then we have to pay MOT, bank loan and and etc. Calculate back is still the same as what SP offering for this phase.

Well, last sat i was there, and we did visited the show unit and many have booked for own stay too.

With the price of RM550K++ i think many youngsters, young families who looking to extend to bigger unit will have the affordability to dream for owning it.

I would say this is quite attractive for middle income looking for landed properties, although sound very far, but to my surprise (i drove wrong direction that day) and i have reached saujana impian (over there have a MRT station) which is just around 10mins from ecohill. With the MRT, go everywhere will be easier (at least for work).I have calculated, Eg: from Saujana Impian to Bandar Utama is around 51 mins. Not bad compared to me currently also took around 1 hour from Puchong to KL City Centre.

Yes, SEH is just around 10 mins drive to Sg Kantan station. I m amazed that it's really near to the MRT station.

Yes, i have also booked an unit foe SEH2. The same that they mentioned will sign SnP in month end.

I have intro one of my friend to purchase and now i cant enjoy his referral fees mad.gif

By the way, do u know have any ideas in future after the development is completed, who will manage the parks / landscape as we dont need to pay any maintenance fees like we had for condos to maintain the landscape and etc here in SEH.

According to the masterplan, seem no land was allocated for the clubhouse.

Ecohill 1 and 2 is separated by Eco Majestic? I saw Eco Majestic seem have an entrance with guard house at the road entering to their project. Is Eco Majestic next time plan to only provide access to their own residence? Then resident in ecohill 2 cant use the connecting link to ecohill 1 via majestic?

Yes hopefully they will build one in the future, but infact according to their book "Echoes by Ecohill", actuallly they mentioned Ecohill 1 to Saujana MRT Station is only 15km. If build one straight from Saujana MRT to Ecohill, then it's perfect. Hehe

Do you guys have any ideas also whether they will be building anything like pasar, hospital, giant, tesco? This will be ease for people to buy their groceries.

From the masterplan, seem do not have any land allocate for it.
