i guess most sellers here have no problem to extend one or 2 days (you all know la, bulan puasa a lot of unexpected office close during weekend sweat.gif )

i sent back on 8th day. all courier here closed on 7th day, so nothing i can do also. thats his winning point (since he insisted on the 7 days period).

p/s : i just remembered that he told me its 7 days personal warranty.

Espionage's packaging is the springhead for this whole problem... but avenger can do better than this if he can take a photo for the spoilted CPU once he collected, it will enough evidence to prove tat it is a faulty unit which WITHIN 7 days warranty period...

its lucky that i dont have dc here and i didnt post up the pic the processor. u all will feel geli once u see the bare processor core laugh.gif cannot see the wordings on the core at all. totally covered by those stubborn dirty things and those dried thermal paste. tongue.gif

but its fine for me for whatever result that comes out from this thread, since i have made a forceful charity donation last week.

Espionage, pls return the "geli" CPU back to avenger if dont want refund/replace... dont tell us that u require avenger pay for ur courier services... he paid his courier to return for nothing just bcos delay 1 day, he loss more than u... doh.gif

please no. dont send it back to me. i dont want a faulty thing. he can keep it. maybe he can consider it a new keychain.

since he can lansi and say "what u can do?" on phone, i oredi expected i will get nothing out of this. i just get pissed off over that particular line. i guess most ppl will get pissed off too.

p/s : remembered last time he opened a thread for melodyworld for a faulty pioneer dvd writer due to bad postage? he talked like want to go melodyworld house whack him (even post up the house picture). This is just a reflection of what he did before.

ESP just msn me.

he provide solutions to me :

1. buy something from him, then he can give warranty (his condition for allowing me claim the warranty) ---- rejected

2. refund RM 50. (according to him, its the best he can do) ---- still thinking

I still cannot decide whether to accept or not. Let me do my own stuff for 1+ hour first, then only think back about this.

anyone have opinion, please advise me.

1. fault discovered within 7 days
2. item delivered and reached a few days after PW period

but seriously, point #2 doesn't matter since #1 is there.

btw no buyer would delay the sending back of goods to 3 months, not even 1 month tongue.gif simply because the reason people buy is to use.

let me illustratre how illogical and ridiculous is the PW of "you must send it back AND i must receive before PW period over."

[Mon] [Tue] [Wed] [Thur] [Fri] [Sat] [Sun]

now assuming you receive the goods on Mon. if fault was dicovered on Fri after working hours, Sat (not sure if Poslaju opens) or Sun then you're gone case.

so you're better off receiving the goods on Fri or any later parts of the day where it allows you buffer time to return the goods.........AND ON TIME.

ok. then if you so happen to have to work overtime over something, or have other more important things to do - then sorry la, bye bye to your $$$ and you get to keep the faulty goods.

yes. im using that mobo to post (the 64MB sdram i replaced with 2x512MB PC133 ECC that I bought from edministrator).

Espionage, you should feel gratified that Avenger is actually willing to fork out RM200 for your overpriced cpu+mobo+64mb ram. I sold my T-Bird + mobo for RM110 + shipping TO SARAWAK and I even threw in a free network card (cuz the mobo doesn't have one onboard). FYI, I packed the HSF unattached.

Warranty wise? Yeah, I gave the buyer 1-week personal warranty too, but he said he was a little busy to test it, so I gave him extended warranty. So what if Avenger delayed sending it back a couple of days? He told you about the problem on the SECOND DAY, and he did tell you he was busy.

Personally, I believe that you should give him a full refund, or at least more than RM50 for the cpu.

Remember, customers are always right, ESPECIALLY if it's the seller's fault.

I am not supprise forumers here is supporting avenger. Reason is because they are not businessman. Forumers here mostly were Students and Waged Staffs. I have no blame about this.

Reason of why i wanna refund / return.

Refund. Since the buyer already miss out the warranty period. For just give and take. I am willing to fork out RM50 to bare his lost. Well, I have the rights not to give him. But, I have to say this again. I do not like to take advantage of people. Frankly say, the problem of Avenger is:-

1. Impatient, received the goods on the 1st day, taruk me kao kao, I am dealing the same items with severals people. He is expecting I know him in MSN with his hello hello part.

2. Simply open up a thread for dispute in lowyat.net. Anger raised. 1st day received 1st day complain immediately without when thru the process of get back to the seller. No phone call were made directly with me. Why does he have such a time to do this?

3. 2nd day found out he is which buyer, imformed him directly to return the goods immediately. He say yes. That is great. Why he delay? I have no idea. If he delay. Why I cant blame him?

4. I received the goods. Great. I will test it in weekend. But hell, Irritating message came in. Example " if you dont do i will what what what la." "you becareful, watch out la.....this la that la..", "I will call u non stop everyday". Hello....please be mature....You are this 1st kind of people I am dealing since...........10 years ago i think...primary time.....

5. Why cant he wait? Why cant he polite? Do you think I will entertain this kind of people with full hearted?

Finally,
I have the right not to refund him. Well, I check the procs and it does not work. So I message him about the warranty. He is proud and ignorance attitude. Since he refuse the offer. I already made up the decision not to provide any alternative the this person.

The end of the story.
