In this conflict, the only arguement we need to look at is, when on earth the proc was damaged:

- on seller hand, before it was packed into parcel
- during the delivery, namely the stupid postman do it
- on buyer's hand before or after the hsf was taken out

Obviously it was during it's delivery trip. Well now is Bulan Puasa a lot of postmen won't have the right mood to get the job done perfectly.
So they would hav threw it further/harder to smash any fragile thing.

If the proc was faulty on Espionage hand, why the 3 set I ordered from him all working?
And as Avenger said he is a pro user too, chances to get the thing cracked by his bare hand also very slim.

So since both parties also did not wish/intend to see this tradegy happened, but after all it has happened, I suggest both of you bear the cost 50/50 or seller 60 buyer 40.

And how come so many poor readers eh? never read properly already want to shoot ppl.
Please post only constructive comments and not to treat this thread as a place to pass time with bad mouth. doh.gif

if his packing style causes the item to malfunction, then why there arent any other customers lodge complaint here since he deals with many others? This part i leave RangerRed to repeat his statement for u. I lazy to answer this type of question.

overpriced item? not for you all forumers to judge. its an agreement made between seller and the buyer. if the buyer doesnt think its overpriced, then is it not overpriced. Did you see i complain about the overpriced item? Read carefully before say anything.

i hope to hear from ranger red soon. and did i say you complaint about an overpriced item? read carefully before you post anything

oh ya, where is the proof that i send you threatening messages?
any dc to snap pic on the messages on your phone? i dont remember i sent you any messages like that.

one party claimed harass, another party denies. no comment.

i did say this, if his packaging method causes all this, then why didnt other customers stand up and complain? Austin you should have shown up earlier before someone shoots him with "lousy packaging method" without any proof.

Hi avenger and Espionage,

Just read this thread today and it is kind of funny this thread was prolonged until 10 pages. I thought the simplest solution is PM each other and come out with a solution.

Hi Espionage,

I personally don't believe 1 week of personal warranty. I don't think the item sold by you will only last for a week, right ? Do you check the item before posting ? In order for this thread to come to the end is refund. I think you still want to do bussiness in Lowyat, right ? So, better refund and settle it fast. The longer it drag, your reputation in Lowyat will be affected. I'm not supporting avenger but just give my 2 cents input.

1st. dont buy 2nd hand item, if u want to, dont trust Pos Laju, they just throw ur stuff like that without ur notice as they dont even know know wat's inside
2nd. COD la ...
3rd. No matter how, please trust ur customer, extra 1 day warranty giving, u get back a lot of customer satisfactions which is worth than ur RM 200 which may give u more businesss

no offence

Yup! You make a point. Avenger will need to thanks you. By the way, pos office close on every first Saturday of the month. So, a delay in postage shouldn't void the 1 week warranty, right ? I'm not sure why people want to give 1 week warranty as i will normally give at least a month to make sure the product you sold is working in good condition.

ESP offer RM50, that is good. Avenger should accept it with sour face. so sad. im not on anybody side but for me:-

1)ESP can not do like that to Avenger. only 1 day delay maa. if u wanna be a good bisnesman, here is the area u need to improve. no hard feeling ESP
2)Avenger excuse also not acceptable, no time for break during office hour meh? but since he is the customer, customer is always rite!

need improvement in both buyer/seller skills. cheers! no need to argue anymore. ESP has the rights to reject Avenger becos of (if) terms and conditions agreed by both party.

Finally,
I have the right not to refund him. Well, I check the procs and it does not work. So I message him about the warranty. He is proud and ignorance attitude. Since he refuse the offer. I already made up the decision not to provide any alternative the this person.

The end of the story.

I think the RM50 offer from Espionage have been expired.

Espionage's personal warranty of 1 week started when the good reached the buyer. This is not bad already. DELL's warranty started immediately when they have shipped their good. I am not sured how DELL's warranty ended

You are comparing a 7 days warranty with Dell's 3 years international warranty. What a joke.

This is the point. I think if espionage want to have long term businnes in lowyat, he need to extend his 1 week warranty period as well. If you shipped by pos laju on friday afternoon, you probably need to take 3 days before the item delivered to you.
