u think worth to bring to court? u need to pay thousand ringgit once u bring to court jz bcos small amount money involved...

furthermore pc hardware can consider as fragile item, plus u said poslaju is not reliable and wont handle it properly... u should look for other reliable courier company b4 u send fragile items... but the extra courier cost can bear by buyer if buyer willing to pay...

u r welcome to use the any famous courier services if u/ur buyer willing to pay extra cost for it... i didnt see any problem DHL to send personal items if DHL able to accept ur parcel and tell them this is fragile, handle with care... poslaju? nah... sure throw there and throw here until the box spoilted doh.gif

he sent back on saturday, which means he return within personal warranty time... is the courier services delayed the courier time one more day bcos of sunday... (who will work on sunday?)... so is not avenger fault... if he sent out on monday, then the warranty is invalid anymore, he cant request for refund/replace...

wont have solutions if Espionage still stricting his rules, not refund/replacement after his personal warranty for the 8th day... then avenger have to "donate" his money for faulty CPU...

if Espionage's packaging is good = CPU wont spoilt = avenger wont return = wont have %$#*^*&^$#@! here

Espionage's packaging is the springhead for this whole problem... but avenger can do better than this if he can take a photo for the spoilted CPU once he collected, it will enough evidence to prove tat it is a faulty unit which WITHIN 7 days warranty period...

Espionage, pls return the "geli" CPU back to avenger if dont want refund/replace... dont tell us that u require avenger pay for ur courier services... he paid his courier to return for nothing just bcos delay 1 day, he loss more than u... doh.gif

not really is 100% cause by poor packaging, the poslaju also was one of the factor...
even packed nicely but poslaju just throwing around, wat the different?

if average request and pay for better courier services, even totally dont have packaging or just the box with fragile sticker/drawing, i believe the parcel will arrive safely as well...

Espionage refund Rm50 consider quite reasonable if both side share the responsbility...

Espionage dont realized tat... i believe most of the forumer saw this thread keep bumping here for some times and sure will affected his business indirectly in the future... if he can solved this problem within 3 pages, thumb up for Espionage and more ppl believe he providing good services

discussing wont help much since the CPU is damaged, it is a FACT... not matter how u discuss wont help much since u know avenger is a RUDE person for u... he rude is bcos not response from u and he loss CPU and MONEY... just like how u rude with the melodyworld, received faulty hardware and loss money... logic right?
