VIP5 5⬆5⬇
VIP 10 10⬆10⬇
VIP20 20⬆20⬇
30mb 30⬆5⬇
50mm 50⬆10⬇

I will think the VIP10 n VIP20 are better packages with good upload speed. Performance n stability is key for me. Better uploading speed is a good advantage.

seems like priority is given for those who received e-mails or calls from them, been called up numerous time to 100, seems like upgrade from there seems acceptable, but i didn't get to, as the CS said that my area in Klang is not supported? Hmm, but I'm already VIP20.

Not all unifi area are supported to 30/50 Mb.

Only selected area are being offered to the package.

May be due to port issue or capacity issue?

Based on the news report, 30mbps is available at all areas under UniFi coverage, only 50mbps will depend on area.

Ok, thanks for the info.

So how much is the VIP30/50 quota cap stated in the T&C? or does it have?

I knew quota cap is not implemented across, just VIP20/10/5 package does state in the published package details with 120/90/60 Gb cap, but currently unlimited until further notice.

Do you have any QoS setting in your router? Many times people forget to change the speed in their QoS setting after upgrading their plan.

Happened to me before. Upgraded from VIP 5 VIP 10.
Download speed didn't change but upload speed upgraded. Also asked me to restart this and that.

I told them, nothing has changed and wanna file a case.
Then, within two days, the technician came and fixed it outside of my house. Straight upgraded to the supposedly speed.

I also asked for waiver for the days I didn't enjoy my VIP 10 speed. Got waived in the next statement. biggrin.gif

Yes, this seems to available. I was surprised that they have different tier of package prices for the same speed. Even some is riding on 20MBps for only 199.

What is concrete for now is, TM seems had pre-planned their Product launch tentatively, after Raya & after Merdeka.

For e.g Unifi 30Mbps with FTA HyppTV 199
Unifi 30Mbps/5Mbps with HyppTV package 210.94
*Unifi 50Mbps with FTA HyppTV 229

Didn't manage to ask much as I wouldn't want to interrupt them as they're celebrating Raya soon. But Kudos to them for their warm response even from 100 on Raya Eve!

When doing a speed test, does the speed burst up to 50mbps and then slowly comes back down?
