Hi guys

Was wondering if you have seen price cuts for VIP10? Because there was an announcement on LowYat forum front page saying that VIP10 will reduce price from 15 July 2015 but I have yet to see any place where I can apply at this price?

Still no news on 10mbps price reduction. Doesn't make sense 30 mbps cheaper than 10 mbps speed sad.gif

I using Streamyx 1mbps now. Up to now, I want unifi VIP10 at cheaper price. They refuse to give me cheaper price. They keep insisting RM 199 is a promotion price. I said what nonsense is this, how can VIP30 and VIP10 difference so little? They tell me VIP30 for existing customer only. I said I don't need VIP30, I need VIP10. Can I have a cheaper rate? They said no.

Anyway can get cheaper contracted rate for VIP10?

That's what I did as well, I knew it so well that I wanted a VIP10 but didn't want to pay for that price. So I signed up for VIP 5 first and true enough 8 months after that, I got a call for VIP 10 at RM 179. I have just upgraded to 30Mbps as well for 199, 7 months after I upgraded to VIP10. smile.gif

I did consider that too. But I heard lots of 'news' such as RM 179 for 10mbps; September with introduction of packages without Hypp TV; both of which are welcome for me. biggrin.gif

As such, torn between subscribing for 5 mbps now or wait for price revision.
