Hi guys, I often give my cat cindy’s wet food from time to time. But im wondering, for cindy’s what are the differences between original / delicious / favorite? That small differences in the ingredient are significant? Honest question.
*
Apparently, the Delicious and original are made with human grade meat. The small can one. So haha not sure if its true but my cat loves Cindy's recipe wet food. I thought of giving him cindy dry one cause it is made in France and imported and packaged in HK. Wanted to change it from Royal canin cause its kinda expensive and there is mix review on how good RC is. So might try cindy soon

hey there, i was also interested in cindy's recipe as many pet shops were selling them.
so i bought both types, dry and wet food for my adopted stray kittens.

The dry one i bought is made in france, whereas the wet food is made in thailand (as usual).

The dry food smells and tastes okay, less salty and smells more chicken-y than the other food that I tried previously.

The wet food is okay too, broth, instead of jelly.

Thanks for the info

I went to a pet shop and have a look between those small cans (80g) and larger cans (400gm). I checked both Fussie cats and Cindy's that were available in the store. From what i observed, small cans tend to have higher protein (up to 15%), lower fat content but larger cans have lower protein (highest i saw is 12%) and higher fat content.

I bought 1 Fussie cat 400g can to try. For me it doesn't look and smell as good as those 80g cans, but better than Whiskas / Friskies wet food. Anyhow my cat just happily eating it laugh.gif

I'm giving my cat Brit dry. From the kitten one to the sterilised one recently. Last time she used to eat Blackwood, but quickly get bored with it.

Cat home? Do you mean like dog house? There's no need one because they wont use it.

Where do you you live? Try look at pet shop. Cat litter box can cost between RM40 to 70 or more depending on the brand & design, hooded or not hooded. Or you can use plastic container box available cheap at hardware shop. Also can modify plastic storage box.

what do you mean by home? like a cage? or those multi storey cages?

as for cat litter box, i was using those storage boxes from daiso but switched to higher walls container as my cats loves digging.

user posted image

i bought my litter boxes from taobao, together with the tofu cat litter.

my cats are with me in my room and i had to modify my bathroom door to allow them to go in and out for their toilet too.
they still kick the litter out alot so i am planning to DIY a more enclosed area so i don't have to sweep everyday hahaha

Reposting this again because I did not get a response in my previous post. :'(

Hi everyone. I am looking for a kitten for my mum because she is lonely at home and wants a cat. However, she only wants a rag doll because one of her friends has it. I was wondering do you guys know any reputable breeder for ragdolls? I do not mind paying a premium as long as the breeder is responsible, clean and treat their cats humanely. I am located in the Klang Valley area but I do not mind traveling to the cat breeder. Thank you so much!

So far, I've tried only these two flavours from Fussie Cat.
Black Label Tuna Formula vs Red Label Tuna w Chicken.
If the nutritional information is correct, I would choose Red Label as the carb content is zero.
Even though the protein per can is lower, the price is still cheaper (at the time of purchase RM2.32 vs RM2.83) compared to Black Label and I can feed higher protein dry food as substitute.
However, this is only a comparision specifically between these two cans.

I saw on their website that they have a Gold label range also. Are you planning to try that for your cats?

Just to share, I feed my cat the Monge brand (no photos but they have a website):
- Atlantic Tuna
- Tuna and Chicken with Beef
- Yellowfin Tuna with Salmon

There's no jelly in them, all cooked in broth. I mix it with some water to make it soupy which my cat likes. laugh.gif
They cost RM3.50 on Shopee and RM3.95 at a local pet store.

Unfortunately, unless it's only meat in the can, there are definitely carbohydrates. "Locust Bean Gum, Carrageenan, Guar Gum" are all carbohydrate extracts.
However, this food seems to be very low in carbs.

They almost never state it on the food containers, but there are websites that do the analysis based on the ingredients. Unless you want to google each one and estimate the %.
