My local pet store owner told me just now that pet store - selling pet food - not allowed to open during restricted movement order. Did anyone hear same thing from your pet store?

This doesn't mean anything if police wasn't told. Owner of pet store told me that a police officer have told him not to open the store otherwise he can get in trouble with the law. He only allowed, if anyone call him to buy pet food to come in the morning or afternoon & only have 1/2 hour each. Close right away after that. For Customer like me that he can deliver the goods to my house will not be a problem though.

PM, MKN/NSC & MOH have the final say I think & police listen to them. For example, MOH decided face mask is not compulsory & police listened. I think ministries also have say too. Like, originally wet market is not allowed to operate but now allowed. Ministry need to involved personally convincing MKN/NSC in order the support latter above have any effect. Even a pet food supplier voice his concern on pet food supply because their factory weren't allowed to operate during MCO. I read this at msn news website.

Hey all. Anyone using an air purifier at home? I'm looking to get one for my living hall as my cat sleeps in the living hall. I intend to get one with the aim of removing order and trapping cat's hair and dander. Litter box is also in living hall as well. I'm using tofu litter and I clean daily. But overnight, the hall smells very tofu-ish. So hence, hoping that an air purifier would solve this problem. I'd appreciate any recommendations! Thanks!

I think air dehumidifier is better choice for the job. Air purifier should ok too but the reason I think dehumidifier is better for the job because it remove moisture from the air & therefore lower the humidity level. This should help litter to dry better.Of course for it to work properly, it depends on how big the room is. Pretty much like aircond, big room require big aircond. Same thing with dehumidifier. Neither air purifier nor dehumidifier can trap hair & dander. |

QUOTE(Ifrits @ Apr 20 2020, 02:38 AM) Thanks! Eh, but I've been reading all the adverts tht says it can trap pet hair and dander. I have air purifiers in 2 rooms in my house. Yes, it does trap some pet hair and dander but most of it will be on your floors because of static. But as bro kizwan pointed out, nothing beats sweeping or vacuuming. Some air purifiers have a carbon filter besides the HEPA filter. Those will help deodorize better. The one I have in my cat's room is a Sharp entry level one - looks like this one: https://my.sharp/products/air-care/fpf30lh?v=812 It works to some extent but you can imagine a cat's litter box after a few days of pee and poop, no air purifier can deodorize that. |

Hi everyone, I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. I am looking for a kitten for my mum because she is lonely at home and wants a cat. However, she only wants a rag doll because one of her friends has it. I was wondering do you guys know any reputable breeder for ragdolls? I do not mind paying a premium as long as the breeder is responsible, clean and treat their cats humanely. I am located in the Klang Valley area but I do not mind traveling to the cat breeder. Thank you so much!
