STOP:0x000000ED

Change your HDD cable.
Basically it is whether your HDD failure or HDD cable failure.
Run a scan disk to check your HDD for bad sector.
Use it from the Recovery Console and scan the HDD.
Else, it is high possibility that your HDD is damaged.

Mine also getting BSOD once per day. Dont know what is the problem. Any sifu here plz help me check ya...[attachmentid=725629]
*
Your dump file shows that your system has been up for nearly 15 hours.
The blue screen should have caused by RAM after a long period of usage.
The system file that crashes is part of the Vista Driver.
It would be advisable if you monitor your temperature of your system if you wishes to have a long on time for your system.
Thanks

Please come back if it happens again.
Thanks

Hi, I have a problem here, cannot boot into windows. My PC  POST successfully but BSOD will show up at windows vista loading screen, then my PC restarts.

Previously I've overclocked my E7300 to 4Ghz with no problem, except that the temperature's too high for daily use. So, I restarted my PC and underclock it to 3.8 Ghz, then the above problem occurs. I've also set the BIOS settings to default, but it doesn't work. Help please  cry.gif

My specs are:
Core 2 Duo E7300
Biostar Tpower I45
Team Xtreem 800 Mhz DDR2 1GBx 2
MSI Geforce 8400GS

Sorry for my english  sweat.gif

Edit: The error code is 0x0000C1F5
*
Are you sure that it is the correct error code?
There is no such error code for Blue screen but it does have exception code.
Please kindly confirm the error code again or attached a screen shot here.
Other than this, try boot in safe mode and see if possible for you to enter safe mode.
Thanks

Hi,
It has been a few time that i remind you regarding your Razer/Lycosa Keyboard.
I am not sure why it happens but it seems like it has some conflict with your USB port as your USB port crashes with it.
Try to change to other USB port. Do you maximized the USB port usage for your system?

Hmm I have uninstall the software as what u have instruct last time, & re-install it back seem ok, until yesterday after I restart my PC then it happens
Well I have a Razer Lycosa keyboard & Razer CopperHead Mouse, the Razer Keyboard have like 2 USB cable, one for the keyboard one more is an extension becoz the keyboard have an USB port too, that USB port I fix my Razer mouse to it becoz is easy for me to plug in & out if it attach to my Keyboard USB port.
So Francis, wat do u suggest?? Don't use the keyboard USB extension port, fix directly to my mobo USB port?
Btw, my mobo got 8 USB port, currently I use like 3 of it & occasionally I use an external HDD but I wont connect it if i'm not doing anything on it.
The 3 devices is the razer mouse & keyboard , and one samsung USB mouse

Thanks for accessing the problem smile.gif

If i were you, i wil fix directly to mobo usb port. Fix in extension the major concern is lack of power which will lead to BSOD too

The actual error code or whatever it's called is STOP: 0x0000C1F5, are you sure there's no such error code?
I've solved this problem by reformating. Thanks anyway.

Your minidump files indicate that possible could be due to your Realtek HD Audio driver issue.

The first 2 crash was caused by ddsxei.sys while the last crash was caused by sXe Injected.ex process requesting win32k.sys to destroy its remaining process thread.

Suggestion as below,

1. Check and / or test your memory / processor / chipset for overheating failure as the last crash seems too fast after you have restarted from the 2nd crash. Verify it by running memory testing software (Windows Memory Diagnostic) for a couple of hours.
2. Update your GARENA program to the latest version if you haven't done so yet.
3. Update your sxe injected program (if any).

Just a note, anti-cheat problem which inject instruction into system dll or kernel will most likely to cause BSOD whenever Windows have a major system update like service pack. You will need to update the anti-cheat software which can support the updated windows version. Also, some antivirus will detect it as a threat as well.

Are you referring to the message about win32k.sys symbol problem or the 1x08E problem?

If it is on the symbol problem, you need to confirm your connection to internet or more specific, to the server msdl.microsoft.com ok or not?

If on the 1x08E problem, mostly on the memory related issue. Need to get further diagnostic on it.

From your minidump, it seems to be related to your memory (RAM, overheating or incompatibility) and / or system driver issue. Since you have mentioned that you're using bootcamp to run Windows on your Mac, try to verify if your device drivers such as graphic card or other system device are compatible with bootcamp.

You may want to upload more minidump (if you have any) to help in getting a more specific analysis.

Have you confirmed that WinDbg able to connect to internet to download all those required symbols? Maybe some firewall or security system blocking it to access internet.

Your system crash seems to be on the audio driver. You might want to set your audio (both your Windows system audio and DOTA audio) to basic / general configuration (disabling surround, 3D, etc settings). Otherwise, try updating a different version of your audio driver.

PFN_LIST_CORRUPT (4e)

From the 3 minidump, it would seems that your system were crashing due to memory related issues. Recommended to do as suggested below,

1. Memory diagnostic on your notebook (you can use Windows Memory Diagnostic found under my signature).
2. Recreate your pagefile by setting it to No Paging File and setting back the pagefile with a value of 1.5 times your RAM size.
3. Check if you have all the stable drivers for your Intel notebook. Is the notebook newly purchased?

Let me know of the outcome.
