QUOTE(francischuahcw @ Oct 8 2008, 11:00 AM) Error 0X7E detected in your minidump file. In the blue screen it got say something about tcpip.sys & dunno what memory dump thing, not very sureSYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED_M (1000007e) You can refer below link for what is the error http://www.computerdr.com.au/technical/stopmsgs.htm#0x7e You have encountered two BSOD, i need another BSOD minidump file of yours. Please upload here. The error in this minidump file pointed your error to avgtdix.sys which is something that has to be done with your AVG 8.0. Try remove your AVG and see if the error still persist. Please upload your another BSOD file here. Thanks So I have to uninstall my AVG? Then use other antivirus instead of AVG? Thx for the feedback, I also added the other minudump file u ask for, hope u cna verify my problem thx I thought was my RAM problem Attached File(s)

QUOTE(eclectice @ Oct 8 2008, 09:20 PM) I have encountered tcpip.sys BSOD once. It happened when I had both Wifi and Ethernet active at the same time on different IP addresses while downloading a torrent. The open connections got confused with both IP addresses and triggered BSOD. I had to reinstall the network driver and it worked fine after that. Immediately, in my torrent application, I forced the IP binding to only one IP address to avoid possible TCP/IP conflict. Well I dun have wifi, but I got use hamachi & there one hamachi icon @ my Network Connections there, I also have install a new LAN driver also. Where to force IP binding? I using bit cometI think you should get the latest version of AVG. AVG free version is now limited in functionality unlike before. I believe you should get other free anti-virus that can provide a lot of functionality without restrictions like Avast! For the AVG, i'm using AVG 8.0, mayb might try to change ot Avast back or go get karpersky |

QUOTE(francischuahcw @ Oct 8 2008, 10:50 PM) » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « This is the 1st log that you have upload. Similar with dump number 2. From the identification avgtdix.sys is referred as AVG Network Connection Watcher. It might be something that monitors network connection that enable automatic updates to be run. its like something mentioned by eclectice above. But from the debugger it tells that this is a BufferVirtual address. Try remove your AVG 8.0 and see if the BSOD persist. It might have clash your IP address while updating definition. By the way, try eclectice method 1st before uninstall your AVG . @Eclectice, i rest this issue here for you to help TS, if problem still persist, we shall remove AVG 8.0 |

QUOTE(francischuahcw @ Oct 11 2008, 06:48 PM) Hi there doom89757, Ok,thx bro for the feedback, well the hamachi, I install my self one to play LAN with my fren» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « Having AVG uninstalled, avgtdix.sys issue solve, installing avast, you are having aswTdi.sys refers to "Safe! avast! TDI Filter Driver ALWIL Software avast! Antivirus System 4.7." From this BSOD i can confirm that something has screw up the memory and causing the system to crash. Referring back to the experience that eclectice has encountered and advice on you. Since you mentioned that you do not have wifi, but you do have hamachi right? You install hamachi by yourself or it comes with your system? I suggest you to uninstall hamachi for this time around as Hamachi itself is centrally-managed zero-configuration virtual private network (VPN) which has something to do with LAN Further information please refer below link http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hamachi http://www.google.com.my/search?hl=en&q=Hamachi&meta= Both avgtdix.sys and aswTdi.sys has some function of auto updating and might encounter the BSOD while attemting to update for latest definition. Uninstall Hamachi and have a look on your system see if BSOD appear again. P/S: I need your favor to look at your Event Viewer and post whatever error you see here. Thanks For the event viewer, how to post it? Most of the time be4 it go BSOD , there one ESENT thing say dunno database stop or something, can I like PM u the whole event viewer let u check? Ic it export to txt file So like thta mayb AVG is not the prob, something else?, haiz i wish was AVG prob |

QUOTE(francischuahcw @ Oct 11 2008, 10:18 PM) You can PM me or you can upload it here since you mentioned it as a .txt file. Well is ok, @ least there some one to help me to sort out the problem so i no need to reformat my pcBear in mind that sometimes BSOD analysis cannot be 100% guaranteed or you might say that i am not really professional yet to read the data and inteprete it. It will goes like this. Sometimes the error is directly shown as the file mentioned by the debugger itself is the root cause of the crash. But in another condition like yours, its actually another factor that is trigerring the crash in your system. If in that kind of cases, basically we prefer use trial and error. I consider myself as a beginner in debugging and there are lots of masters out there which are really pro in debugging BSOD and some even could read and understand the lines and number to help the victims overcome the issue. What i am doing here is trying to help. Whether it successful or not it depends on luck sometimes besides the qualification and skills that i have to help you and other victim to solve the issue. Sorry that at this moment i still not manage to solve your issue. Lets hope that my 2nd try can show you the path to success on overcoming your BSOD Crash. Thanks Ok here my event viewer Attached File(s)

QUOTE(francischuahcw @ Oct 12 2008, 02:00 PM) Hi there, culprit found. It is mentioned early in the dump file just i did not realize that. Great, so I wait for ur answer be4 I do anything 1st, so dun tell me Avast cannot use also ar in my PC??Crash on aswTdi.sys and nltdi.sys. aswTdi.sys is Avast nltdi.sys is your Netlimiter2. So, the reason for your BSOD is clear and obvious now. I will check again to go through your avgtdix.sys dump file again. Confirm with you later. Thanks Thanks for the quick response bro |

QUOTE(francischuahcw @ Oct 12 2008, 02:11 PM) Your dump on 100708-02 when you use AVG Yeah I have read that I wanted to ask u should I do that or not, btw my Netlimiter2 ver is 2.0.10.1Your dump on 101008-01 when you use Avast Now, the result is very obvious. Besides your AVG/Avast AV crashes, your NetLimiter2 also crashes. Please uninstall your NetLimiter2. Is it you encounter BSOD after you install NetLimiter2? If you still want to use your NetLimiter2, do below 1. Uninstall Netlimiter 2.07 2. Reboot 3. Reboot again 4. Enter safe mode 5.Install Netlimiter. 6.Reboot Source: http://www.techspot.com/vb/showthread.php?...1684#post241684 Thanks Well I also dunno actually when it happen it jzu happen suddenly, After I have reformatted my PC few months ago, it was ok until after sometime it began to have this problem, be4 this my system didnt give BSOD, it jzu auto restart until I found out here they say have to change setting to get the minidump file So I juz use the way to install back netlimiter2 rite & test see still got problem or not rite & what about hamachi?? |

QUOTE(francischuahcw @ Oct 12 2008, 02:29 PM) Uninstall your netlimiter2. Yeah this one no problem, I will uninstall the Netlimiter2 for few days & see got any BSOD or notI will exclude hamachi for the suspicious cause of BSOD for now. That means you no need to uninstall your hamachi. Please do following to confirm your system stability. 1. Uninstall NetLimiter2 first. At least for few days. Monitor the stability. 2. Drop a PM to me informing your system performance (regardless it is good or bad). 3. If it is stable, then only do the installation using the above suggested method. Is this ok for you? Thanks Then about PM u my system performance, dun really get that, how to see ar, sry ar I a bit noob, haha |
