try the below

QUOTE(tthm @ Sep 14 2008, 12:40 AM)
Open System Properties, select Advanced system settings tab and then Startup and Recovery Settings. Under Write debugging information make sure Small memory dump (64KB) is selected. You can see the default Small dump directory: path as %SystemRoot%\Minidump. Restart your computer as instructed and continue using your computer like normal.

Hi there, the error occurs on your Dxg.sys which refers to your DirectX Graphic Driver
Please make sure that your DirectX driver is not corrupted. you can try install the latest version for it.
Another factor that can cause to this faulty is the overheat issue.
Based on the condition that you experience this BSOD is most probably because of overheat issue but please do check your dx driver.
Thanks

Your ati system files seems to be corrupted too. quite a number of corruption that you encounter.

I think your motherboard generally is very unstable already so that the file cannot be run properly.
you have take out the faulty ram and leave with a healthy ram to run the system?

i might suspect your Hdd is unstable too. did you run CHKDSK for disc scan?

Hi there,
the result above shows the main reason that causes you to experience BSOD is the system file klim6.sys which refers to Kaspersky Lab Intermediate Network Driver.
the location for it is \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\klim6.sys

some reference at the link below
http://www.runscanner.net/filelibrary/klim6.sys.html
http://forums.techguy.org/windows-vista/70...eath-blues.html

therefore suggestion is to remove your Kaspersky antivirus 6.0 which is not compatible with your Vista Window. You can get Kaspersky 2009 as available in the Garage Sales section which are compatible to Vista.

Thanks

Do feedback here in few days time after you uninstall your kaspersky.

Hi! wave.gif

Last 3 days I bought new GC. Already install it. PC turn on okay.

Yesterday I bought 1GB RAM. PC also turn on okay.

But last night while watching movie (about 6 hours my PC is on) suddenly BSOD come out.

Its not auto restart. Its stay BSOD. I read and its said software/hardware not install properly.

Appear this:
STOP: 0xC000007F

Then I shutdown my PC. This morning I turn on my PC back.
The BSOD come out again. cry.gif The same messege appear.

I tried to debug but there is no minidump created.  sad.gif
Q: Do I really need to format my PC? Is there other way?  icon_question.gif

Hi there,
wat OS you are using?
Make sure that your minidump function is enabled.

Yup. My minidump are enable already.

*
Hi there, go to my computer, right click properties, then go to advanced tab, click the Settings button on startup and recovery,
then make sure that the write debugging information is set to small dump 64KB. make sure the path is correctly set for the minidump folder.
C:\Windows\minidump

Once this is done, whenever you encounter BSOD, the dump file will be there.
but bear in mind that previous BSOD are not recorded.
You shall wait for future BSOD and then look into that folder if any.

Please check System Log in Event Viewer and post what is there here.
Thanks

ADD:
I have make some google on your issue and i found that below linked issue is quite similar to you
http://forums.kustompcs.co.uk/archive/index.php/t-3836.html
you can have a read on it.

Did you enabled your system restore? If yes, i think that the installation of your new gc to your pc is causing this trouble as in your restore point,
this gc driver and utilities had not yet exist and therefore it shuts down when processing the restore point.
Please set a new system restore point for your new GC to be written into it.

Thanks

Hi there,
at the Startup and Recovery bar there, please untick "automatic restart"

You can go through some reading at the link below.
http://www.windowsbbs.com/windows-xp/61745..._exception.html
http://www.techspot.com/vb/topic48052.html

i suspect it should be hardware failure that causes your BSOD, it might be PSU issue or HDD issue and little posibility Mobo Issue.
Btw,
please do untick the automatic restart, if BSOD persist,

Hi there,
this is your BSOD analysis for today 230908

From the analysis it shows that the reason that caused your BSOD will be due to your memory corruption.
Therefore, kindly remove your RAM from your system and test it one by one if you are have more than one RAM.
Try use a rubber to rub the goldplate area and try again to check whether the problem repeats.
If same BSOD continues, the recommendation is that you change your RAM.

The same results goes to those minidump from the 220908
Thanks

Hi there.
The error you encounter is IP_MISALIGNED which is much related to hardware issue. It might be your ram that is causing trouble again
Please refer below link for guide.

How many ram you have? i know that you already take out one. But it might be your ram slot that is having problem.
try to switch the ram slot.
As for your ram, try use a rubber to rub the gold plate area and try it back again.
Thanks

try update your sound card driver to the latest driver.
Or maybe you can ask at Game Hideout and check whether other ppl is having the same problem as you.

Edit: some other forumers has update the same issue as yours now. You can follow up from below link.

i think your problem should have related to some bug with DoTa.

uhh.. Need some help here.
BSOD popping out once in a while when I exit Ragnarok Online.

attached 3 MiniDump files.
Hi there, your BSOD presented this UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP_M with an error on win32k.sys
You have been experiencing the same issue twice. Did you recently add any new hardware to your pc such as RAM?
there are only two possibilities that create this error either is your RAM or your Vista is having problem with Ragnarok Online.

my computer have 4 minidump in 1 day, safemode no BSOD, only normal
There is some faulty to your driver issue. Did you update your system driver recently?
I wish to know your rig specification. Please list it down for me.
Your BSOD reason is KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED which the main file crash is ntkrnl.exe which are processing drivers
