1st phase already so bad response. Later phases how to launch? I think rich ppl wont like dengkil. Middle income group not afford for 5xxk property. The only potential buyer already grab saujana klia.

Dengkil maybe more suitable for 42k flat.

U will be surpeised if know them well. Their pockets are very depth. The reason not to buy is they know the project site well.

What so important to be near to cyberjaya ?

Cyberjaya is not the center of gravity.

Only relevant location is probably IOI city mall, that one is at the northern edge of putrajaya and cyberjaya. Many kajang location can take shorter time to reach IOI city mall compared to if you are at the southern edge of cyberjaya.

We are comparing saujana klia to cyber south location to some type of establish civilization... Nobody gives a rats ass of Kajang

In My opinion, this project is worth buying as there are not many landed property launching around cyberjaya.
1.Price is good. Still cheaper than any new condominium >1000sf launching. It is quite rare to find dsl launch below 500k.
2. Location , cyberjaya border, only 3 minutes. (Equivalent distance 16Sierra to Cyber)
3. Developer MCT , Reputable. If i am not mistaken One City develop by MCT building in USJ, that place use to be mining area. Now it looks impressive .
It is worth investing, basically you are buying at RM 317 psf, and this is phase 1.
I book 1 unit for myself.

how is the overall sales so far?
