To me, it's because of ex-mining land & small land area. I wonder why they still launch such small DSLs? Maximize the no. of units?

get info from runner- since 2 weeks ago the MCT cybersouth banner advertisement hanged on tiang lampu in Kota warisan, salak, dengkil, nilai ..but seems bad respond

Man man tang .... it won't happen. So far haven't seen any developer drop price because of poor sales.

p/s: maybe china developers in iskandar have done it, i dont know .....

it's around 6.5 KM to Xiamen U, but no point since surrounding Kota warisan also there have a lot of new townships projects.

actually MCT can use IBS instead of sand brick to reduce the price to attract the buyers. Well known this project is on ex lakes, so use IBS system is ideal and more lighter from the brick.

Binggo.... i think 90% - 95% condition of the cybersouth original area is on the ex tin mining lakes..demmmgg.
This is very strong reason why this project not so laku...MCT better you buat themepark or waterpark lahh hehe

adjacent project was under construc uitm dengkil compromises hirise building. wonder the ground should have same characteristic with cybersouth? this uitm sits on the bank or reclamation also?

They are selling around 338 - 345psf which is almost same price as cyberjaya recent launch landed of Ceria and Lake point. It seen like Cybersouth is expensive due to ex-mining land, leasehold and address
