get info from runner- since 2 weeks ago the MCT cybersouth banner advertisement hanged on tiang lampu in Kota warisan, salak, dengkil, nilai ..but seems bad respond

Binggo.... i think 90% - 95% condition of the cybersouth original area is on the ex tin mining lakes..demmmgg.
This is very strong reason why this project not so laku...MCT better you buat themepark or waterpark lahh hehe click on the pic for to zoom

They are selling around 338 - 345psf which is almost same price as cyberjaya recent launch landed of Ceria and Lake point. It seen like Cybersouth is expensive due to ex-mining land, leasehold and address
