They are selling around 338 - 345psf which is almost same price as cyberjaya recent launch landed of Ceria and Lake point. It seen like Cybersouth is expensive due to ex-mining land, leasehold and address

For this project, it is still under my consideration.
1. Can we do fencing after getting key? (Another cost to spend)
2. Can we do extension on corner unit with another 20feet space(Another cost to spend)
3. How secure that can ensure without fencing concept? We cant afford to risk our life everyday.

I hope MCT can consider reimburse the interest during construction time.

Very unlikely that you can do ur own fencing. If you sign the DMC and agreed to the rules set by developer, I think they would want to maintain the aesthetic value of the facade and surrounding.

Even Jade Hill which is on individual title, owners are forbidden to construct their own fence and gate.
If you are not comfortable without fencing, mayb just move on.

Ex mining pool, better stay away. Even their current office at OneCity facilities also falling apart. Gals with high heel shoes should be careful walking on the plastic planks. You may trip and hurt your ankle. One of my colleague kena. I am talking about their one city place.

If their mall also can't maintain properly, i wonder how well they will be able to maintain the g&g.

In my humble opinion, it's the other way round.

Highrise the common practice is to do piling and load tests.

How much piling and load test people will do for terrace ?

Yeah the load isn't as much as high rise but highrise load has been ***TESTED***. Terrace land is not tested. It may not collapse, but if it sinks in a few inches that problematic enough.

Just my none civil engineer point of view.
