Malaysia has many uncivilised rich ppls. Tats why demographic is crucial for fng or gng dev. Not everywhere also can be successful. Cant wait to see Semonyet gng or fng..keke..

The sibeh far proj must open site to visit n build show unit. Harlo...2015 now not 2009 or 2010...sell based on brochure only ll not work anymore..not to say the loc is "unknown" or far.
