That's very weird indeed.
For my other CC from different banks, no problem receiving the e-statement via email and still be able to download form the internet banking.

On my HSBC, only SMS notification and have to manually download from internet banking
*
Yep, I don’t have problem with other banks either. HSBC is a special snowflake. I just checked my HSBC internet banking, I can no longer view or download my CC e-statement anymore.

i belief RHB is also the same with selection of e-statement they will not send you email... by selecting e-mail you cant view in internet banking...

2 days is nothing la. Somemore you paid cash. Just wait lah.

My case was 5 days I think, so I was sh*tting bricks. But that's because of 2 weekend days. Their cash back even longer. 1 week between transaction date and posting date, as seen online.

I don't find any reason a bank would reject your offer of pledging FD for the card hmm.gif hmm.gif

yeah, you can get it waived as long as you have a swipe per month. thumbup.gif

If you don't meet the income requirements, they (and any banks) reserve their rights to reject. Otherwise anyone can apply cards with high requirements, no standard already.

I asked to cancel my credit card last month because of SST. They not only not cancelled my credit card. But actually charge me service charges on the SST that I did not pay. I dunno. Of course I am talking to them but due to the fact that I am overseas, it's a little difficult. Do you think I should report to bank negara on this?
