don't worry too much about 11 11. The last time I use such voucher from public bank, the shoppee site don't allow me to apply the discount voucher. Only can use one. You can test see if lazada allows both vouchers.

Can I know when did you got your card? I haven't receive my code yet.

I call customer service... He said 1 to 3 months after u swipe the amount of money... He said will receive sms and email. But, I just receive email. No sms..

LZD is smart, they dont allow you to use both the 11.11 code together with the RM 500 voucher code.

Hi, i 2-Nov just saw my statement charge for annual Fee RM240. MY card is HSBC Amanah. I check their website for credit card application apply, its display as "Annual Fee Waiver (Subject to min 12 swipes per year)"... but if i click the T&C link to the PDF, it show "at least once in a month for consecutive 12 months".

Can i call to the CS to request waive for the annual fee ? I got few months statement without any swipe, but i surely got more than 12 swipe in a year.

Yes, U can.

When I applied, I told them about this and they say if 12x a year, have to call them up for waiver. They might ask you to pay first though, and cash back later.

I think other site also same. I kena shoppee on 9 9. In the end, the voucher is effectively worth 20% less, because we're actually paying more compared to buying with cash offline.

Anyone here saw the announcement the complimentary travel insurance is no longer valid?
Mine is the World Mastercard. I book my flight a couple of months back, flying end of year. So meaning I have to buy own insurance d? Aiya wasted only, some more no points. Could have used my Signature for points instead.

Lazada has always only allowed one discount or promo code to be applied in a single transaction.

And you need to spend MYR2000 within 60 days from date of approval to qualify.

Patience. It'll take a day or two before they call. Make sure you quickly answer the call. They normally hang up within 7 seconds. Then you have to wait another day.


The T&C says as long as your existing card is not from this campaign. You can read their T&C or ask their customer service to reconfirm.

Or if you have HSBC online, goto Apply For Products > Credit Card Upgrade/Credit Limit Increase. I didn't click beyond that, just in case it automagically submits for me and this is a chargeable service.

They called me back after 3 working days and informed me that HSBC will cash back me RM25 for the SST refund if I swipe my credit card within 45 days.
