I'm using HSBC Mpower Visa
Heard the salesman said petrol got 8% cash rebate if spend more than RM2000
But why i got cash rebate rm5++ only though I spend RM350 above for petrol (Shell) with total spend RM2000++ ??

Using this card for 4 months ady..

Did u read through the terms and conditions? If i'm not wrong it only allowed to use Shell, Petronas & Caltex for petrol rebate. Just double check else call up the customer service.

Last year I applied Amanah Plat just to get 0% cash installment but I haven't been spending a single cent with this card and have no intention to keep it. I intend to pay both 11th and 12th installment together and cancel my card. I think this is OK? I lazy want to wait till 12th month and see AF is charged to my card, so I need to call to waive AF and whatnot.

I will continue to keep the VS as it is more beneficial to me.

Cancel it after you settle your installment wait 3 to 6 months apply again for new offer...

Yep, I don’t have problem with other banks either. HSBC is a special snowflake. I just checked my HSBC internet banking, I can no longer view or download my CC e-statement anymore.

i belief RHB is also the same with selection of e-statement they will not send you email... by selecting e-mail you cant view in internet banking...

Hi all just a question. Currently im holding the master platinum card and recently i request to upgrade to visa signature. The agent that i dealt help me to submit for application but according to her, it will consider as a new application and the credit limit will be different based on my latest income statement. I checked in the ccriss currently is consider as new application but question is, from my past experience normally the new card will combine the same  credit limit on your existing card.🤔 looking at this the application will likely approve?🤔
*
if you are applying for a higher tier card, usually will be as a 'new' application to access your qualification to the 'new' card and any adjustment to you credit limit also depends on your income... how likely you will get your approval depends on many factors, thus no such thing as guarantee as this moment...
