Well, if you're a frequent flyer you could take advantage of the 6x PPL.

to be frank,,,,2nd time with HSBC..never redeem anything from the reward points ...
no Cash back etc.. just PPL

I'm keeping the VS since more and more cards have taken away the PPL entitlement. Moreover it only requires one transaction per month for consecutive 12 months and will auto AF. I don't see any difficulty in retaining it, hence I will continue holding my VS.

ya...since citi premier take away changi PPL... I have to wait my flight at food court

Ya lo, so just accept it. My Citi PremierMiles will be cancelled soon... They will not waive the AF since super low usage, I will miss the airport rides but well..

Having multiple cards for PPL is a good decision in my opinion.

Since, HSBC Amanah MPower Platinum's cashback is based on first come first serve basis (FCFS)
1. How do you find out if the RM1.5million cashback pool for petrol and grocery has/has not been exhausted for that quarter?
2. If I pay for an online transaction (Insurance premium) via JomPay will I be entitled to the 0.2% cashback?

guys...wanna ask if for HSBC...i was told that the annual fee can be waived... but i read the 1st post..looks like got issue to get annual fee waived...is this still the case? the HSBC agent told me usually can get annual waiver so no worries about that...

First post is no longer relevant. Moreover for cards like VS and Amanah have waiver criteria, so long you fulfill the condition I don't see why it's not.

yeah, don't worry. just either fulfil their criteria of fee waiver, or just call to waive...

Hello.. I registered with HSBC lazada 500 promotion.

I have hit the RM2,000 swiped within 60 days.

Do I need to call customer service to obtain the lazada's promo code,
or I just need to wait for it.

I hit since Feb. Until today, I haven't even received any code. Called up so many times, ended with different excuses. So much disappointed with them.

Really? I remembered they will send it to your email.

But I not sure it is auto or I need to request.

Nope. They even gave excuse that they don't have my email. Somehow, they still can email me all the promotional items from day one.

Next week I'm gonna call again. I don't put high hope that I'm getting my code sooner.

I have participated in the RM500 Lazda voucher twice and both times they emailed me within 1-2 months after fulfilling criteria.
