just received my visa platinum card , however , it does not state any annual fees waived , anyone can confirm ? paying rm254.40 every year for this card seems not really worth it.

How to submit the documents ? I got called as well for the hsbc 500 voucher for visa signature in the morning , they say will send email , but until now also havent receive...

anyone apply thru online hsbc direct website for the rm500 lazada voucher , after i apply got call and whatsapp from a personal number , requesting to come over for some signature and thumb print. is it valid ? or is it scam. first time apply cc direct got people called want to come for thumbprint verification and signature. but he indeed know that i apply for lazada-hsbc promo cc.

nop the person insists to come over my place for thumbprint verification and signature. which even more weird.

let me share my experience with this hsbc VS , if u apply separately with promo , it will be very hard to get , same like me i apply 500 voucher last year for vs , whereby i already have visa platinum + pbb cards. they direct apply for me and when i check e-ccris , dafuq 30k limit they apply for vs , confirm sure rejected. maybe thats the reason they dont want give our the voucher , i dont know .. i request to lower down limit , then they direct ask me , sir would you like to upgrade from your current hsbc visa platinum to visa signature retain limit ? then i terus LOL , if i upgrade i get nothing lo , instead i apply seperately i will get Rm250 cashback from normal roadshow sign off or RM500 lazada voucher via online , i cant cancel any cards as it will violated the rules as well...zzz , another method you can try is reduce other cards limit.

for public bank yes , for hsbc it is separated when i apply the lazada promo , maybe it can be special request to combine limit for normal application.

yes called hsbc official CS and they responded its a new precaution from them ... its a bit weird but maybe they had a reason for doing that , it could be anyone key in your details from online maybe, and hence they need physical thumbprint to verify it is you , where else cimb and maybank have the technology of applying directly inside maybank2u and cimb clicks where u need to login.
