planning to cancel my HSBC after use for 3 months...

initially though will benefits thru my dining pattern... but later only found out not much restaurant actually give CB or discount for this card.

anyone can point out the advantage of this card?
So far I could not find any that hit my need.............

1. get the card during promo
2. cancel
3. wait for 6 months and sign up for another promo

HSBC mentioned the lazada voucher rm500 need to wait until end of this month. anyone encounter the delay also? Mine delay more than 1 month.

crap HSBC. i applied under Lazada promo, but they put me under this hsbc happy acquisition instead. got rm288 into my account instead of the rm500 lazada voucher.

u can try complaining. I applied under lazada they put me for VS bonus points. Told off the sales rep and complained. Just receive call they rectify it and I should receive Lazada voucher by 15 April

Bank might not blacklist you, but they will think twice to approve you in future.

Happen to some of my friends who are very active in applying for free gifts and cancelling them afterwards.

banks can have variety of reasons to REJECT you.

please dont come and cry here saying why bank rejects your application without telling you the reasons

if you have the details of the sales rep, contact him/her and ask him/her to sort it out. the sales rep is the one that choose the campaign when they submit the application

I see. because I remember clearly he mentioned lazada promotion. anyhow just got to wait and see. the rm288 already credited into my account. but the cs didn't seem surprised so my guess many others with same problem
