Called 1300-88-1388 and press some number which was for applications. Officially the shittiest bank really. Can't wait for them to resolve my VS case, redeem my outstanding points in VP, close my accounts and cancel the cards

Applied HSBC CC during lazada 300/500 voucher promotion. Fulfilled spending more than 2 months since ago and still never receive it.
Emailed them and always get canned response. ranting.gif ranting.gif
Hope I'm the only one here kena. cry.gif

the charges (interest ) will be imposed start from how many days after transaction? is it 20 days?

HSBC customer services and their CS really needs to buck up their services.
I applied for HSBC Amanah in early Feb and they never informed me via email or call that my application has been approved.
I only found out that I have an HSBC Visa waiting for my acceptance through my erd party credit report search.
When I called back the CC application officer, I was told that my application was approved mid Feb and the card has been mailed to me.
He then transferred me to their CS and lol and behold, they sent it to my previous address in Singapore as 15 years ago I had an HSBC card when I was living in SG which I had already cancelled in the early 2000. They hp no in their record also shown my SG address although the CC application officer has no problem calling my hp or office line as in my application form.
For my new application, I even submitted a utility bill with my KL address and with Malaysian hp no. but seems like they never bother to key-in my address as in my application form.
When he said he will reissue a new card but it can only be deliverd to a nearby HSBC branch and ask me to personally collect the card, I was like WTH. If I don’t have time to collect the card, I’ll just tell them to shove it

i just received my Visa Signature, signed up under 11street promo.

time to spend the rm1k and hopefully can quickly get my rm500 voucher.

20 days after your monthly statement date, not after transaction done.

last i heard from CS, is every month have to swipe once for 12 consecutive months.

Same here, i applied VS with the 30K for existing customer campaign and met their swipe requirement.
In the end, until now also haven't receive the 30k point.
And i just cancelled their M Power & Platinum.
