Applied via Lazada end May and submitted all docs but now no news at all after two weeks. Called up CS but they said can't trace who is the PIC since i applied online and i also can't remember whats the PIC name that contacted me.

Really knocking wall!

Received email saying my application (RM500 Lazada Voucher promo via Lazada Page) expired after about 6 weeks from my submission and request me to reapply. No reason stated and i called 2 times to CS and they promised to clarify and return call but never happened.

Anyone can confirm is the Lazada RM500 voucher promo still on and where can i apply this again? I tried to find it from lazada website but unable to locate this promo...possible the promo end dy?

Applied with all docs uploaded with watermark but eventually no news at all.

After 7 weeks suddenly received email mentioning my application was "EXPIRED" and request me to reapply! Quite disappointed with the way they manage.

Also called up few times to CS to follow up but at last they give me sales department number to follow up again. I feel that me as a ball being kicked to left right corner center.

Anyone using LAZADA 500 voucher with another bank credit card? I didn't find any clause that stated compulsory using HSBC card to utilize the LAZADA 500 voucher.

Wow... Great! I can have more saving by using other cash back card!
