recieved Lazada Voucher in less than a month. However, I have been facing error message whenever I try to apply voucher code at payment page since yesterday.

Talked to Lazada helpdesk and it seems like a technical issue. Anyone encounter the same problem? Thanks.

i just called HSBC but customer service said need to wait 4-8weeks from RP side. is that true?
i thought the redemption code is from HSBC.
so need to call up RP for the code?

Already called Lazada & being informed that at this moment all voucher can't apply to Lazada purchase.

Wait 24 hours & see whether they solve it.

The code should delivered by HSBC, however RP told me should received the code within 30 days after card activated, or else email RP and they will send you the code

what does RP stand for? Relevant Department?
I just called them, and the CS told me have to wait 6-8 weeks in order for them to deliver me the code even after 60 days of welcome letter.
Which mean they nvr fulfill the promise stated in the tnc.

i called to bank directly, nothing to deal with RP as i subscribe the card just for lzd voucher.

I apply it at end of last year,a lot of problems when wanna get the code, call RP call bank, they just blame each other, at the end i push on bank coz RP said need wait bank give them information when card is approve and activated. Then when they send the code, it cant reach my email. I need phone again and they read out my code for ke to copy down.

i received 500 voucher code on 10th July, used on same day, so issue, my lazada item received today

but the lazada system could be having problem, my order still showing progressing and empty, no email receive regarding my order is shipped, somehow the item reached today.

My case solved long time ago lar bro. just telling the situation. And, email waste tine to wait them reply, call is faster.

still not yet get the voucher yet. almost 1 month. calling them they say nothing they can do. Max time given is 60days. so after 60days still did not get call them again

Mine just passed 60 days of my welcome letter.
Called them and they told me will escalate my case to relevant department and have to wait 6-8weeks.
What a lousy service.
