U saying it will also sms right? What's their SMS service number? I got 5~10 marketing SMS daily from other bank and other marketeers too..

How long you got the code after you activated the card?

If register either 3 cards for the Lazada e-Voucher by calling to HSBC, am I still eligible for the Voucher if not register via the HSBC Lazada website?

It has to be via the hsbc-lazada link.

Wow. I cancelled my HSBC card in October last year (after getting a RM50 retention cashback) and reapplied under the March acquisition offer.

Got the 0% BT offer with my application, and applied for RM10k.

I haven't even received my cards yet, or any acknowledgement, but I saw my PBB card has been credited with money from HSBC BT already! Pretty amazing! Now just waiting for my card to arrive.

how they know u going to accumulate RM1000 in order to get the RM500 voucher? because as long as u swipe once is RM300 voucher.

But i tried on January, the cs said i am existing customer from last year august. i can only apply it 6 months later and get the voucher. here the tnc which i found on the website too

Maximum units for RM88 Cash Back / RM288 Cash Back/ RM488 Cash Back/ RM688 Cash Back are 1,650 units/1,250 units/850 units/650 units respectively.

That means since the unit has been reduced significantly from 2400-> 650, those that qualified in the first round should be getting the cashback for sure? Anyone knows what's the earliest date the cashback would be credited?

did everyone already getting the lazada unique code during lazada hsbc campaign?

*actually i did apply during december 2016 lazada rm300 n get approved at the same month
*fullfilled the required spending/swipe during my 1st statement date 24/01/2017

but so far i havent receive any lazada unique code yet
i dont care either rm300 or rm500 will be given....
but at least give me an answer....
i been called hsbc to complaint few time but they keep delaying me...jz ask me to wait....

Finally got my new HSBC card today, but can't register or log on to online banking (because I was a previous customer, and am marked as "already registered" but "unable to access accounts").

Have been trying to call HSBC CS all morning, afternoon and evening, but can't get through. Didn't recall it being SO DIFFICULT to speak to a human.

been drag on the issue for 2-3week....

how do I upload more than 1 piece of document on the upload link provided by HSBC when you apply? Damn, they asked for form 49 , there are more than 1 piece, and I couldnt upload them all... thus still pending
