No. This lazada promo is for new customer. Tried to apply using the new link yesterday, a lady from HSBC calling this morning teliing this is only for new customer and NOT for existing customer.

I don't know what to say, but I was an existing card holder when applied. And I got the voucher. So?

No im not any of these.
The lady called me as if i would like to apply for new credit card for lazada promo, and i asked is this for existing customer, she said no.
Im holding hsbc card for more than a year, maybe you are still consider new customer in their system, hence entitled for it.

Any old customer (more than a year) can get the rm500 lazada voucher, please share here.

for my case it tooks close to 3 week, maybe agent in the shopping center submitted late.
The funniest part is, the approval in 30 minutes time after CS call to my company for verify

You can actually check the submission date and application status by calling CS. I applied on 7 March, but still "processing" when I called today. They said it should be approved by the end of next week.
