I had called to cancel my HSBC Amanah credit card. No retention dept called me and proceed to cancel smoothly (second day the card disappeared from HSBC online banking). But my HSBC conventional card had increased credit limit by amount equals to my HSBC Amanah credit limit. In other words, HSBC add my HSBC Amanah credit limit to my hsbc conventional credit card.

HSBC amanah is considered under HSBC amanah (islamic bank). how come they can move the credilt limit from hsbc amanah (islamic bank) to hsbc bank?

Bro, you recently did a bt with hsbc right? It's hsbc bank card then?
well it could be due to you have active credit card acc with hsbc bank, that hsbc amanah did not offer any retention

I will share my experience of cancel Amanah card last week.
After i called and request to cancel, they will ask reason. I told them i want 0% balance transfer but could not get.
On the same call, they transfer me to another department and they offer me 0% balance transfer for six months.

I recently applied for the HSBC Amanah Platinum Credit Card-i because of the 25k AirAsia points (applied through the link). Application approved and I've hit the RM1k spending within 60 days to qualify for the points. May I know how do I get the points now?

Just to confirm for HSBC 0% for 6 months BT, is it just pay whatever amount appear on the statement? Or have to pay total BT amount divide by six month. (i will not swipe my credit card while having BT)

I heard that each Credit Card from HSBC have its own Credit Limit? Meaning that if you have 2 Conventional Cards, you will have separate Credit Limit, am I right?

And once you cancel either one card, they will combine the limit into the only 1 card you left?
