HSBC Amanah is CHEATER!!! Don't apply for this card.

1) I apply 3 months 0% BT. Suddenly this month, I was charge with Management Fee. Calling Customer Service, they say if we have BT, all retail transaction will automatic will be charge management charge...this is seriously cheating. No one telling me this IMPORTANT clause when I apply for the BT. I would use other cards if I know this clause.

2) Welcome bonus RM50...suddenly they say it first come first serve basis. I don't keep any hope anymore.

3) Cash back bonus RM200 for new credit cards. They did say that it is limited quantity, but blarghhh....why still using this to promote if you can roughly estimate that it is already fulfill long ago.

4) They say petrol transaction will get 3% cashback if spend less than RM2k...but I only get the normal 0.2% even though swipe at pump.

Will terminate this card soon.

I had called to cancel my HSBC Amanah credit card. No retention dept called me and proceed to cancel smoothly (second day the card disappeared from HSBC online banking). But my HSBC conventional card had increased credit limit by amount equals to my HSBC Amanah credit limit. In other words, HSBC add my HSBC Amanah credit limit to my hsbc conventional credit card.

Bro, you recently did a bt with hsbc right? It's hsbc bank card then?
well it could be due to you have active credit card acc with hsbc bank, that hsbc amanah did not offer any retention

Yes, I have a 12 mths 0% BT with HSBC Conventional Card. I think of same reason like you as well. Haha..

i know lar. U are the 1 need to read more..even it is own by same owner.
But, these are 2 different entities and no suppose to share.
example, maybank and maybank islamic also owned by maybank group.

But , the credit limit is not share and not transfer from maybank card to maybank islamic card lah.
