I sms 2 different message. One sms start with P1. Another sms start with M1. And received 2 different confirmation message from HSBC.
One confirmation is Get Cash Promo. Another is Get 80 Promo.

Guys, I accidentally transfered $$ to my CC account twice to settle my outstanding. Is it possible for them to refund the money back to me?

If you have read the terms and conditions, you would have noticed the condition where you must have not participated in any promo in the last x months or something..

Does "swipe" include online transaction?

usually it will be deemed as credit for next month's statement. I've not asked for refunds though....u can always call the CS and ask them about it.

Where you found the RM80 promo? I'm only able to get RM50 from HSBC website under HSBC Get Cash Promotion
