Yup, Online Purchase also Consider as Retail Spending.
Retail Spending (Transaction) = Any Purchases of Goods or Services (including all the Billing, Insurance, Quit Rent, Assessment Fee...) (swipe) Charged to the Credit Card.
But, NOT Including : ALL Cash Advances, Balance Transfer, Installment Payment Plan, other Credit Plan, Annual Fee & Charges.

FYI,
"Retail Spending / Transactions" = Any Purchases of Goods or Service which is Charged to the Credit Card

Retail Spending (Transactions)
i) Local / Overseas Purchases
ii) Auto Debit / Recurring / Standing Instruction (SI)
iii) E-commerce / Internet / Online

Anyone here applied for HSBC Credit Card at ringgitplus.com to get the free robot vacuum? I received the card 2 days ago and activated it the same day. How long does HSBC take to send the unique code for gift redemption?

Within 2 weeks I get an email from RP regarding code to redeem the gift

Although I have received code after 2 weeks, however the gift was delay due to out of stock, took around 2 months to be arrived, in the same time they have compensation some cash voucher

yes RP good in that term. They give you upgrade or some sort of compensation for lateness due to out of stock.

Ok, I'll contact HSBC if I don't receive the code after 2 weeks. Sounds like Ringgitplus provides good customer service with compensation and all.

You can ONLY Balance Transfer to Other Bank CC, Not HSBC, Again...
