Well i also just got the Security Device. But when i click Login with DEVICE. it shows "You do not have a security device"

but i already get one from HSBC branch near my house.

At the end call CS. CS do lots of thing at the end still not ok.

I suspect they give me wrong device. Black Surface is for normal consumer, Grey is for Business user.

I got a grey one but i just using their Credit Card.

can hsbc card go to klia 2 plaza premium lounge ?

HSBC really dumb at the security devices, send them a message, request a call back to setup

I believe if you haven't register online banking, it will work like the guide

Once you register, you never get to setup yourself

Yes, if You got 2 Different Cards (Entities)
ie,
Card A - HSBC Visa Signature (Prinp+ Supp) Conventional Card
Card B - HSBC Mpower Credit Card-i (Prinp+ Supp) Islamic Card

I saw this in the HSBC Amanah Mpower Visa Platinum Credit Card-i product disclosure sheet. Stated there Fixed Monthly Management Fee of RM2250???
Fine print says "The bank will grant a monthly rebate of the difference against Actual Monthly Management Fee".
What does that mean exactly?

The Actual Management Fee was Imposed on the Outstanding Balance for the Amanah Credit Card-i will be based on a Tiered Pricing Structure in accordance to Your Repayment History by IF Making only Minimum Monthly Payment just Same like Paying the Card's Interest...

Just Remember:
Actual Management Fee (Islamic Bank) = Credit Card's Interest (Conventional Bank) Both are the Same just Called by Different Name...
If, You Settle Your Outstanding Balance in Full...There will be NO Management Fee (Interest) Charge on YOU.
